This site and all of its original content are the sole peoperty of French Record Company and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyrirght and other intellectual property right laws.

Conditions of sale

The records sold on this web site are BRAND NEW, factory copies. As such, they are not exchangeable.
In case the buyer can proove ( without possible dispute, and by providing clear photos ) there has been a clear substancial damage DURING THE SHIPPMENT, and provided that the record has in no way been played but the vinyl remains new, a refund or a trade can be claimed.
In that case, the customer returns the record first, and the company will examine the case..
The French Record Company reserves the right to prohibit a buyer from buying, without any advance notice or explanation.

Payments

We use the Stripe payment system, which is extrelmely safe.
The customer can pay by card without being a registered member of Stripe.
Stripe’s data is hosted solely in data centers in the US. Under EU data protection law, there is no requirement to localize, i.e., to store data in the EU. However, when data is transferred to a non-EU country that does not offer the same level of data protection as the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), a data transfer mechanism has to be implemented to ensure this protection. To ensure this protection, Stripe has certified to the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield. In addition, Stripe has additional international data transfer compliance measures in place to go above and beyond our legal requirements and ensure the safety of EU and Swiss citizens’ personal data when processed in the United States.

The French Record Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the site, without any advance notice.

The French Record Company reserves the right to midify these terms of service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the update terms on the site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the site after such changes have been made constitutes your format  acceptance of the new terms of service.
